Your Questions About Title Insurance

Robert asks…

Do i need title insurance if buying a home with cash?

There will be no mortgage on the house. What does title insurance protect me from?

barry0912 answers:

Yes you would want and need title insurance on any real estate purchase even if you are paying all cash for the property.

This title insurance would ensure that there are no liens on the property prior to you assuming ownership. Failure on your part to obtain title insurance you might have many unknown liens on the property that if you decided to refinance or sell the property would have to be paid prior to you selling or getting a refinance.

The title police guarantee that you are receiving a clear title without any other encumbrances.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

“FIGHT ON”

Richard asks…

Do you really need title insurance on a foreclosed house?

For example HUD recommends that a buyer of the HUD foreclose gets a title insurance. Why? Isn’t that redundant?

Also, I know some lenders that require buyers to get a title insurance on a government foreclosure.
I understand that on bank foreclosure it is necessary to have title insurance. But why on a government foreclosure? My understanding was that all the lens are dropped when you buy a government foreclosure.

barry0912 answers:

Title insurance is more important on a foreclosed home than any other. There are numerous title insurance problems that can be associated with a foreclosure. I have seen many, many incorrect legal descriptions in foreclosures; creditors (thus lienholders) omitted from the foreclosure process; and even on one occasion the entirely wrong property was foreclosed. In order to save the most money you should ask for the re-issue rate if that is possible. HUD just purchased a policy of title insurance on the property in question, you may want to go back to that title insurance company for your policy.

Your Questions About Anonymouse

Ruth asks…

were can i get a anonymouse virtual credit card,?

i live in the united states and i am trying to find a legit website to get a virtual credit card where i dont have to put my socail security number in and i can make up a fake name. doese any one know of a legit web site or store that does this, im tring to get verified on ebay after getting suspended . help please…….

barry0912 answers:

That sounds like the type of fraud that would get you suspended from ebay in the first place. You can’t fake a credit card and you can’t get a real one without giving a valid social security number and your real name. If you try to get a credit card with a fake name or a fake social security number, its credit card fraud.

Mandy asks…

can you respond to blogs anonymouse?

i have been wondering how to do this. if its possible can somebody tell me how?

barry0912 answers:

I don’t believe you can and if you want to respond to a blog why would you want to be unknown? I personnally do not want unknown people responding to my blog and chances are if someone is doing so it is to harrase someone not to just leave a comment.

Your Questions About Anonymous Content

Mary asks…

Regarding all the theologians and historians who wrote about Jesus?

Tacitus, Josephus, St. Paul, etc. were born many years after Jesus was allegedly crucified – that is, when the mythological figure of Jesus had already been sufficiently culturally shaped to be credible.

And, the gospels were anonymous, and authorship was attributed to them late in the 2nd century on the basis of their content, but none of them met Jesus first-handedly, of course – that’s because there was never any Jesus to meet in the first place.

Why, exactly, do Christians mention these people and expect to be taken seriously?

barry0912 answers:

Because–on Y!A at least–most Christians are of a fundamentalist variety and have no clue about the historical method in general, or even who those historian were and when they lived.

Oh, yeah, and their confirmation bias pwns them completely.

@beta phishy: There are plenty of folktales that are not based in reality; many of which are blieved to be trie. What’s more, I, for one, do not claim that there never was such a person at all. There may very well have been one; but he certainly was not God, did not perform miracles, or rise from the dead; and it is even possible he was not crucified at all.

@Sinus Regenerated: Wouldn’t the plurar of “Jesus” be “Jesi”?

Sharon asks…

Will the ACTA movement cause chaos all over the world if it happens?

If some one is holding pirated files on their computer they will have full authority to disable internet acces to that person.

Every one in the internet has pirated content in their computers by just buying one, getting internet acces and going into a site and bam! You no longer have internet acces.

Madness WILL consume this planet if the ACTA movement happens. Spread the word to every one!

Your Questions About Anonymous

Susan asks…

What should I do? An anonymous letter was sent to my organization maliciously destroying my integrity?

Recently, my organization head received an anonymous letter saying I did extortion and accepted bribe money for the past two years? The writer is unknown, no address, and it mentions no specific victim of extortion. It contains no lead to a fact of the complain. Honestly, I did not do any such unethical acts!. My supervisor and boss said they will review the over a thousand cases of my work for the past two years, and I am not afraid. What will I do? Who could have done this to me?

barry0912 answers:

You may never know who sent the letter. While its normal to wonder, it can also drive you crazy.

The most important thing in this situation is to remain calm, keep your cool, smile, cooperate and go about your work. Do not allow the inquiry to interfere with your continuing to do a good job.

Second, your organization should contain any possible damage to your reputation. If they feel the need to look into the letter, then fine. Not knowing all the facts, its hard to say if they are acting correctly in even responding this way. They should, however, act in a manner that respects your reputation. The inquiry should be limited to what’s necessary to produce results, and the people involved should be limited only to those that can offer necessary and relevant information and / or have an absolute need to know in order to complete the inquiry. That’s normally legal, HR, your supervisor(s) and other employees that have direct and personal knowledge of important facts. They should do what’s necessary to finish the inquiry as soon as reasonably possible so everyone can put the incident behind the organization.

The specific rules on these matters differ by country and state. Also, the allegations can be criminal, which is fairly serious. I would consider consulting with an employment lawyer in your area. I would avoid involving counsel in the discussions with your employer, and I might even hesitate to make public the fact you are consulting with counsel. That tends to put the discussion on an adversarial footing, some people will react negatively (assume you have something to hide), and it may appear as if your concerned and not cooperating. Having said that, getting some advice in the background is always a good thing … And you can work with your counsel on when, or if, its ever reasonable to involve him / her in the matter.

Good Luck.

Chris asks…

How do I become truly anonymous on the internet?

I already use tor what else can I do because I heard of the government getting passed tor’s security. Is there a computer I can by that is without IP or something. I currently have a mac book are there settings I should turn off or on. How do I become truly anonymous on the internet?

barry0912 answers:

If you don’t have an IP address then it is physically impossible for you to be on the internet. End of story.

The best option would be to use Tor AND pay for a professional VPN that DOES NOT keep any IP records period (some do even though they say they protect identity). Additionally use a browser which randomizes the user agent per every webpage, does not keep cookies, and does not support java.

True anonymity is impossible without getting into a main internet line without the use of an ISP.

What is the relationship between Scientology and the Anonymous?

Anonymous is something I am aware of, and I am also aware of Scientology and its beliefs and practices. But how do the two overlap? Supposedly they hate one another but is it not true that members of Anonymous also follow Scientology simultaneously?

barry0912 answers:

Such a broad question, here is some info I found;
According to info I found anonymous has no actual membership. People just operate
loosely under that name. While Scientology is a religious group, a church. Anons can
be members of Scientology.

Definitions tend to emphasize the fact that the concept, and by extension the collective of users, cannot be readily encompassed by a simple definition. Instead it is often defined by aphorisms describing perceived qualities.[4] One self-description, originating from a protest video targeted at the Church of Scientology, is:

We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.[20]

Your Questions About Low Cost Business Ideas

David asks…

what low-cost business ideas with 100,000 and below as investment. thanks!?

give as many as you can…please I really need it

barry0912 answers:

How bout ur education…..you have horrible grammar

Daniel asks…

since i am a writer i would like a couple of low cost business ideas, please?

I am a freelance writer who’s online in college for my BA in journalism/mass communications, so i am broke for the most part. i was wanting to ask if some or several could help me out with this business idea because it is hard to get started as a writer online when i do understand the internet for the most part, but not how to turn it in to profit.

i guess what i was wanting to know was what do you suggest i do, as a writer, about writing at home online as making it my career? do you suggest getting started working for a variety of companies by getting paid cash to write each article i turn in and build up some clientele, become a known writer on a couple of websites, and struggle with other competitors to have my article selected on open articles with lots of submissions? i didn’t think so, but i was wondering if i decided to make a website, start adding creative content for readers, how does the generating money come in to play with advertisements and links to other sites? if so, where can i get a free domain name and website started? is it that simple? what else can be added to generate money? is there anyone else that can give some ideas to a desperate freelance writer looking to make some money to at least pay my bills each month?

i would be happy to be able to generate at least $300+ a week in order to keep from looking for outside work, and i know that people usually do not make that kind of money when they first start. yet, i am willing to learn extra advice on what i should do, but please be specific and drop me a link or two if you would because i could really use some guidance.

i get so aggravated looking at all these work from home ads that want your money to show u how to do things that others are giving away free of charge to help you. there’s so many untrustworthy sites out there……

any professionals or self-starters out there with some advice that could really help, i would be honored. what are the advertisements that pay besides google adwords?

thanks again,

miranda

barry0912 answers:

Hey Miranda,

There is a big demand for article writers in the internet marketing area. I currently pay $5-$7.50 for a 500 word article. Check out the Warrior Forum in the Warriors (http://www.warriorforum.com/warriors-hire/) for hire section to get an idea what the market is like. Also this site, http://www.needanarticle.com/ pays writers. Then there’s Fiverr.com as well.

Good luck.
