Your Questions About Titleist

Ruth asks…

How do the New Titleist AP irons compare to the New Nike VR models?

Both seems really appealing though there is a lot more hyp over the VR. I don’t really like Nike and I’ve never gotten into their products but do these irons really live up to this hyp or is it just because Tiger Woods plays these? Which line of clubs is better all around?

barry0912 answers:

I tried out the ap irons and they are the smoothest feeling clubs out there i think and i added 5 yards on each club from my other set (Nike Slingshots OSS)
if the money doesnt matter go with the ap irons

Your Questions About Title Vii

Sandra asks…

Can Title VII override the employment environment and conditions detailed in a written employment contract bet

barry0912 answers:

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cover all private employers, state and local governments, and education institutions that employ 15 or more individuals. These laws also cover private and public employment agencies, labor organizations, and joint labor management committees controlling apprenticeship and training.

An employment contract does not allow for or legalize any act of discrimination that is covered by Title VII. A contract can not set as an acceptable working environment any policy or procedure that tolerates or promotes discrimination. So to answer your question YES Title VII can and does override an illegal contract.

There are some exceptions to these laws for multi-national companies. The exceptions are few and each instance is looked at on it’s particular circumstances and merits.

David asks…

can Title VII override the employment environment and conditions detailed in a written employment contract?

barry0912 answers:

Not unless the employment contract is illegal or the language used in the contract is in direct contradiction to the Title VII.

Linda asks…

How does heavyweight boxing decide on title defenses?

More specifically, how long can a champ go without defending his title? Lastly, why aren’t there more unified titles and which title is the most prestigious?

barry0912 answers:

The most prestigious of the heavyweight belts is probably the WBC title, but many fight fans don’t have much respect for any of the titles. Some even prefer the Ring magazine champions, even though they’re not an actual boxing organization.

I think most organizations require their champs to defend their titles twice a year–one of those times against a mandatory challenger. The following with more details is from the WBC rules linked below (section 1.21):
“All WBC recognized champions must defend their title at least two (2) times a year. Champions will defend their titles either in a voluntary or mandatory defense…. All WBC champions are obligated to make at least one yearly mandatory defense”

Each of the different boxing organizations is out to make the most money possible out of it, so they may be a bit lenient with who the mandatory challenger is if they see some extra cash on the table. I think it’s also a money issue that they don’t like to see the titles unified, but I don’t completely understand that. The WBA even has a “superchampion” that becomes their new recognized champion if their regular champion unifies other titles also. (This is one of the things that has turned many people away from the “alphabet” titles.)

Your Questions About Low Cost Business Ideas

David asks…

what low-cost business ideas with 100,000 and below as investment. thanks!?

give as many as you can…please I really need it

barry0912 answers:

How bout ur education…..you have horrible grammar

Daniel asks…

since i am a writer i would like a couple of low cost business ideas, please?

I am a freelance writer who’s online in college for my BA in journalism/mass communications, so i am broke for the most part. i was wanting to ask if some or several could help me out with this business idea because it is hard to get started as a writer online when i do understand the internet for the most part, but not how to turn it in to profit.

i guess what i was wanting to know was what do you suggest i do, as a writer, about writing at home online as making it my career? do you suggest getting started working for a variety of companies by getting paid cash to write each article i turn in and build up some clientele, become a known writer on a couple of websites, and struggle with other competitors to have my article selected on open articles with lots of submissions? i didn’t think so, but i was wondering if i decided to make a website, start adding creative content for readers, how does the generating money come in to play with advertisements and links to other sites? if so, where can i get a free domain name and website started? is it that simple? what else can be added to generate money? is there anyone else that can give some ideas to a desperate freelance writer looking to make some money to at least pay my bills each month?

i would be happy to be able to generate at least $300+ a week in order to keep from looking for outside work, and i know that people usually do not make that kind of money when they first start. yet, i am willing to learn extra advice on what i should do, but please be specific and drop me a link or two if you would because i could really use some guidance.

i get so aggravated looking at all these work from home ads that want your money to show u how to do things that others are giving away free of charge to help you. there’s so many untrustworthy sites out there……

any professionals or self-starters out there with some advice that could really help, i would be honored. what are the advertisements that pay besides google adwords?

thanks again,

miranda

barry0912 answers:

Hey Miranda,

There is a big demand for article writers in the internet marketing area. I currently pay $5-$7.50 for a 500 word article. Check out the Warrior Forum in the Warriors (http://www.warriorforum.com/warriors-hire/) for hire section to get an idea what the market is like. Also this site, http://www.needanarticle.com/ pays writers. Then there’s Fiverr.com as well.

Good luck.

Your Questions About Internet Marketing News

Thomas asks…

topics needed in derivative market for doing projects, plz suggest some topics?

barry0912 answers:

Derivative Market itself is a topic in the category of Markets. You can conduct some study on the expiration day effects of the market, but the data may be difficult to find unless the project has long due date atleast 3 months, during which you can collect data from financial news papers and internet by picking up data on one month and three month expiry options. Writing on option strategies may be a good area and you will gain lot of experience doing this. Analysing each strategies and finding out how and when to execute them. Some example strategies are box spread, bull and bear etc;. Another area might be to write about Option greeks, like delta, lambda, theta, vega and rho. Wrtie about what they do along with some volatility information like Implied volatility and statistical volatility.
Then one simple area can be the economics of markets and the place derivative markets play in this.
That pretty much sums up the different areas of derivative markets.

Jenny asks…

internet estate agents?

Have being trying to sell my house for 3 years now with local estate agents without much success. Does anyone have any experience with online agents, do they have much sucess or better still could recommend one. Would appreciate all comments.

barry0912 answers:

The housing market is in a severe depression since the UK
went into recession 3 years ago and the bottom dropped
right out of the housing market.

NO one is buying because people are being laid off work.

Not only that the banks are not lending any money for mortgages
unless you have at least a 20% deposit which was the latest
figure I saw!

To be honest haven’t you seen or read the news over the past
three years?

Regarding the estate agents ALL of them have on line sites
to widen their prospective client field.

Bet you a pound to a penny if you looked up your Estate Agent
on line you would find your house listed on the site!

Another thing the whole lot revolves where you actually live
and what the property consists of.

Live on a Council “sink” housing estate and you’ve no chance!
