I would like to know where i could find data, statistics about how implementation of various features in a website affects its traffic and bounce rate.

More detailed: i would like to know what is , on average, the potential gain in traffic of an online shopping web site for certain implemented features: polls, quizzes, personal blogs.

It is only in the last couple of years that I have understood the power of internet marketing. Prior to that I did not even grasped the importance of keeping a list. Basically, I would like to track my previous customers through the courier company I have used over the years (Parcel Force). Unfortunately Parcel Force only show their names and postal code. How can I complete the address (ie their house number)? Thanks for your help.

Look them up in the phone book (online) and hope that their name + postal code is enough to find most of them. (Postal code will narrow them down to an area within a city)
