Your Questions About Title Max

Maria asks…

I have a auto title loan, my vehicle is at the repair shop, I can’t afford to get the vehicle out?

I have a outstanding title loan of $3000 with title max, just had a new engine replaced in my vehicle at a repair shop and the bill is $3800, I can’t afford to get the car out the shop so what will title max due because I haven’t made a payment in 2 months.

barry0912 answers:

Well i guess it depends on who gets to the dmv first and gets the lien, meanwhile, sooner or later you will end up paying off one or both at some point in the future. Playing it kind of fast and loose, why have the mechanic get jammed up in your mess? He will never do business with you again, and he does not want your car. He has bills to pay, unlike you he probably likes to pay his so at the very least apologize for being such a flake as to tell him to put an engine in with 0 money, what a rube.

Ken asks…

can i have 2 loans at title max?

barry0912 answers:

You can have as many loans as the bank will give you. I once bought a home that had 6 loans on it. They all had to be paid before the closing.

Your Questions About Low Cost Auto Insurance

David asks…

Any cheap auto insurance for students?

I live in south FL, 20 years old, full time college student. High GPA (good student discount) and clean driving record, also good credit. Please advise on low cost auto insurance companies.

barry0912 answers:

Look I can’t tell u who’s the cheapest! But when your trying to get quotes u need to give them the exact coverage u want compared. Because money quote can have extreme variety of coverage. Male premiums r higher than female. Depends on vehicle (s), safety equipment, driving record and statistics in your area. Ask for discount don’t assume they’ll give it.

Susan asks…

Is the cost of auto insurance lower in Richmond, VA than in Wellington, FL?

I’ll be moving from Florida to Virginia for school. Also, what insurance policy would be best to purchase?

Your Questions About Internet Marketing News

Mark asks…

What does this mean as a marketing plan?

So this guy is explaining a marketing plan for GM volt because they have been loosing money as we all know. but i do not get it what does he mean by a relationship with facebook. how can they help

“Speaking of engaging with consumers, reconsider your approach to Facebook. I find it hard to believe that GM marketers cannot partner with Facebook management to create both paid and unpaid solutions that engage consumers on what is unquestionably the most effective social-media platform.

I’m sure the Facebook leadership team values and understands the category. Seems pretty simple to me, and the amount being spent is minuscule as a percent of total measured media.”

The link is to the website of Autonews, an auto industry magazine, and consists of a former GM executive giving marketing advice to GM. Facebook and other internet social media are simply part of any corporate marketing plan in today’s world. All companies do social media marketing.

Volt is definitely not losing money. The Reuters news article that proclaimed Volt’s losses made some very basic accounting errors. Developments costs of a car are typically amortized over the lifetime of a vehicle, not simply one year. Any car would look stupidly unprofitable if you did that. A rebuttal of the Reuter’s article by another former GM executive is below:

Richard asks…

should public library Internet be filtered?

barry0912 answers:

That delves into censorship of the independant information network. My opinion is no, only because it really won’t matter soon, at least in the US. The Internet in the US is being made to adopt the market standard soon, silencing independent websites, including independent news sources that up until now, have been free from the censorship of any governing body, or their controling interests.

Now if you are speaking about things such as pornography, is uppose that if the library was NOT a public one then ti could be done, though the nature of a library being part of a public institution sort of negates the possibility of it having the right to any OPINION regarding such materials, from a literal standpoint. Now, it has been done in some states in the US, as we are transitioning into a different form of government right now that will allow for this. A Federal Police State allows for the norms and social standards deemed acceptable by the ruling party/parties to be impressed passively upon the public body, as the public body would no longer be the ruling body. A voting system will still exist, but only because the appearance of choice is nessecary to maintain order in our “culture”.

So I guess the answer is yes, and no, and eventually yes. Hahaha.

Your Questions About Internet Marketing Strategies

Donna asks…

Marketing Timeline?

Could some of you internet business owners tell me how you started your business, your marketing timeline? What did you do first and then after you got started. Press release? Media? SEO work?

barry0912 answers:

Marketing is a continuous everyday work. You do everything simultaneously because there is no single way where you can get traffic so you need to make sure that every possible source of traffic is reached

My suggested timeline is:

BEFORE LAUNCHING THE WEBSITE

– Do an extensive keyword research analysis. SEOBook.com has a very good listing of free tools http://tools.seobook.com/ that you can use to research the keywords for your site including: keyword density, determining the keywords you want to target, who are your competitors for your targeted keywords.

– Start mapping out your link strategy. You need to start making a list of who should link to you and where you can request for links.

– Start thinking of how you can get the word out about your business. Do you plan on writing articles? Will you harness viral marketing? Be sure to equip your site with tools Get a Recommend this Site script from websites such as cgiscripts.com and similar directories of scripts. Some even go as far as giving incentives to those who recommend the site to their friends. If only 10 people go to your site, but these 10 people invite 10 more – that’s additional traffic that you get for FREE!

Recommend Site Scripts (various) http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Website_Promotion/Recommend_Site/
Big Nose Bird Recommend this Site http://bignosebird.com/carchive/birdcast.shtml
CGI Resource Index http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Website_Promotion/Recommend_Site/
Hostscripts http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Site_Recommendation/index.html

– Beta test your site and start inviting people (if applicable). If you are planning a social networking site for example, you can do a soft-launch for your site and invite people you know or friends of your friends to try out the site. This way you can iron out the kinks before you do your full blast marketing

UPON LAUNCHING

– Make sure your on-page factors (e.g. Title, metatags, keyword densities) are right on-target

– Issue a press release announcing the launch of your new site. Press releases are also a way to get inbound one-way links to your website. Here are some places where you can submit your press release for free

– Submit your site to the major search engines. If you are going to read only one piece on search engine optimization, I suggest you read Brett Tabke of WebmasterWorld.com’s “Successful Site in 12 Months with Google Alone: 26 steps to 15k a day.” http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/2010.htm

– Start submitting requests for links. You will find that some will not link to you because you have 0 pagerank because your site is new. But start submitting to DMOZ and other directories and build your pagerank

– Do offline marketing. Whether you are planning to print brochures or do direct marketing, now is also the time to do them

AFTER YOU LAUNCH

– Try to do marketing at least 1 hour every day – whether asking for reciprocal links, submitting articles or submitting your site to directories

– Keep abreast of what’s happening with the search engines.

– Do email marketing or send a newsletter on a regular basis

Robert asks…

Piano Store Marketing Strategy?

I have invested in a Piano Store recently and was wondering what would be the best means of communicating with my target customer i.e. younger parents with kids in the range 5-10.

Does anybody have any experience with creating a Marketing Plan or Strategy for a Piano Store?

If I was to tie-in with a Brand or product; what would be the best options?

Any suggestions please?

barry0912 answers:

Although it predates the record album as an entertainment source, I guess your business has not entirely vanished yet, but it certainly has to be marketed differently than 20 years ago, I assume the manufacturers touch on traditional family values, as well as the decorative value of a traditional instrument.

One potential method to reach a small number of local prospects may be with paid Facebook advertisements, their demographic targeting is quite powerful, you can have ads only appear for married women between 25 and 40 who live in cities in close proximity to your location, there may be an “interest” like piano playing you may be able to target as well, they show you the potential reach of members a given ad setting would have, you could have such ads send people to a free Facebook business page.
While on the subject of internet resources you for sure need to have (and probably already do) a free Google Places page, they may provide a generic listing automatically, but you need to claim it and improve the content with more lengthy text, photos an potentially even video.

Sorry I m not more in touch with how kids are introduced to e piano these days, perhaps you can be a sponsor of some school events for the publicity and music evangelist opportunities, there are some cities (where the weather is friendly) that have old pianos in public places setup by some non profits.

Your Questions About Titleist

Ruth asks…

How much for a Tiger Woods autographed Titleist ball?

Back in the late 90’s I got a Tiger Woods autographed Titleist ball with a COA for a Christmas present. I heard rumor he is not signing anymore balls. Do you have any idea how much it’s worth.

It’s in a hard plastic protector and has never been taken out.
Thanks but I don’t want to sell it, I am just wondering about what it is worth.
After researching it further they are going for about $3000 +.

I think I’ll put it in a safe place for a while.

Put it in a safe deposit box and dont look at it for another 40 years…
